Shipping Policy

We bake fresh and ship fast so your cookies arrive at their best. Below is everything you need to know about how we get cookies to your door.

Where we ship

We currently ship to:

• Thailand

Processing & delivery times

• Bangkok metro: next-day delivery for orders placed before 2PM.
• Rest of Thailand: 1–2 business days via courier.
• Customs may add time.

Because everything is baked to order in small batches, orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next baking day.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Enjoy free standard shipping within Thailand on orders over THB 1,500.

Packaging & freshness

Cookies are packed in our signature box with protective inserts to keep them intact. For best taste, enjoy within 3 days and warm for 10–15 seconds before eating.
